I live abroad now and most conversations with outsiders about the USA include them asking me about: Obama, fat people and mass shootings.
Besides fat rednecks with guns eating buffalo testicles, is there anything that's exclusively or primarily found in the U.S?
Sorry, but the eating of testicles did not originate in, nor is confined to, the USofA. Look to our old world ancestors, especially Italy, Spain, France and Greece.
If you think America is unique with embracing homosexuals as equals I suggest you never move to Europe.
