Rick Boucher is reporting this morning via twitter (Mike&Mike)

    Brooklyn Nets get: Dwight Howard
Orlando Magic get: Lopez, Brooks, Humphries, and a pile of 1st round draft picks for the next half decade.

    This is madness

I don't want Dwight to get what he wants.

Chris Broussard is tweeting now and about to come on (Mike&Mike) for a breaking phone interview

They'll still have cap room with Deron and Joe on board?

Sounds fake. Boucher?? Spelled wrong first of all, and there is no mention of this on the official Bucher twitter.

    Just posted a correction that the 2012 pick isn't included and it's the 2013, 2015 & 2017 picks.

Chris Broussard is talking about it and other sources.

I don't know how with joe Johnson stupid contract 24Mil in 2014 is stupid.

And they already gave a first round pick to Atlanta

Plus they are giving everything. 4 maybe 3 future first round picks...

All they will have is DH12 Dwill and JJ.

Still not as good as Miami

    Correct 2013, 15, and 17 1st round picks.

I have a feeling it will get done. But won't be as successful as Miami.

but veterans will sign for less to play in Brooklyn.

    Heat V2.0

I think DH12 might have to even take less money to fulfill his 2 year dream of playing with the NETS.

Their billionaire owner can foot the bill. He did, afterall, promise a championship within 5 years. Has to put his money where his mouth is.

If the Nets can get Johnson and Dwight with the garbage they had and we can't get anybody with all of our "Assets" then I will know for sure that the NBA Is fixed and should be boycotted!!!

    Well damn.

Glad we helped in some capacity

I don't care that we didn't get Dwight

Just stupid that he gets what he wants just like Carmelo and others.

    I don't get it.

Kevin Durant come home. Tell OKC that you want to be traded to Houston now!

Ok ok just wishful thinking but really... The demand of players and demands being requested and granted is pathetic

Wow - so getting Joe Johnson made it EASIER to get Dwight under the new CBA rather than harder!

I kind of forgot about that - means salaries only have to be within 50%

Stars want to play in LA, NY, and Miami, and you can stuff a lot of super stars on five teams, more than enough to make the rest of the league look like the D League.

And Stern wants this. He doesn't want parity. He wants TV ratings. He wants dream teams. Otherwise he would have pushed for a franchise tag.

    Deron Williams
    Joe Johnson
    Gerald Wallace
    ???
    Dwight Humphries

Thought Magic wanted to dump a bad contract or two

    Hedo, Davis, Richardson.

    ??? Am I missing something???

Lopez is a injury prone center that is overrated and a RFA so his contract is up next year

Humphries is a FA period right? Or a RFA. But still either or at best next year his contract is up.

And Marshon Brooks is decent and young but still... Lu's the (3) picks.

I guess that beats are offer. But I'm guessing Houston or anyone else was OT offering as much because he would not resign.

Miami Heat got off the hook and so did LeBron James. Everyone is going to hate Brooklyn Nets and DH12 now.
