1/29 GS Mcgrady did not play
    2/7 Clev 8 pts on 3-11 FG
    2/9 Atl 15 pts on 5-14 FG
    2/11 Port 12 pts on 6-15 FG
    2/13 Sac 10 pts on 3-12 FG
    2/19 Clev 17 pts on 6-21 FG
    2/26 Was 11 pts on 4-15 FG
    3/16 LAL 11 pts on 4-16 FG

Yao played in 12 games and Mcgrady played poorly in 8 games. That winning streak was a team effort. Mcgrady just hijacked it and took all the credit.

Just letting the truth out. I'm tired of Me-Mac fans saying Mcgrady won 22 games without Yao or that Mcgrady was super human and won 22 games for the Rockets. The truth was for a large part of the streak, Mcgrady was a scrub.

come on. TMAC did very well for not taking 20+ shots. It took efforts.

tell me when did mcgrady "hijack" that streak and say it was all because of him? really, i would really like to know.

after winning game 21 v. the hornets, he said it was all due to the guys in those locker room in an interview with FSN Houston.

just because the national media likes to spotlight mcgrady because of the streak does not mean he took all the credit.

as usual though, tmac critics taking something that is not there, and again claims tmac "hijacks" the team. gotta love it though.

lol yea it takes effort to miss 75% of your shots and still have your apologist fan base try to give you all the props for a 22 game winning streak due to team effot.

Yeah I remember him saying how he inspired his team and was the leader and other BS statements like that. Yeah I remember his prima donna act just like what he is doing these days.

You are seriously full of yourself. And why not post the stats for the other 14 games to further your case?

The only reason T-mac might get more credit than any other player is because he is a superstar in this league...but we all know it was a team effort...

WITHOUT NOVAK HITTING THAT 3 AGAINST THE KINGS THE STREAK WOULD HAVE ENDED SOONER!

    it was a team effort
