Rudy says, Willis is sitting to let the young guys play, AFAIK that means this season is over as far as playoffs are concerned in Rudy's mind, but you read it and tell me what you think he said.

The box shows Willis as DNP due to flu, though.

Walt shows up to play once in a blue moon. Why not let Oscar Torres take his minutes?

It might have something to do with Walt's trade value. The Rockets would love to trade him and others for a legit center and they are probably trying to showcase him a little bit.

Isn't the cap relief from Walt's expiring contract worth more than his (a-hem) trade value?!

We will be over the cap anyway so it won't matter...

its true. willis isn't playing to let the young guy's (griffin) play. walt is playing because torres has just been bad these past few games.

    if rudy is going with:

    cato
    thomas
    walt
    cat
    steve

rudy wants 3 guys off the bench. obviously mooch, then oscar to fill in as a wing, and finaly griff over kev as the bigman.

lets face it eddie gives us everything kev will and more.
