According to some a holes at the Phoenix radio station he reportedly wants out of the Suns org.

I feel like he would be a perfect fit in our stretch 4 offensive minded system. He is also a well above average rebounder, hopefully he can pick up his defense since the Suns are known to only play one side of the ball.

They just got rid of his brother and I'm pretty sure Markieff would come at a fairly cheap asking price since they have no leverage and TJ Warren waiting in the wings (literally).

He's making $8 million per for the next four seasons. That's a steal.

I'd trade Jones and a high valued second rounder for him.

He's on a super bargain contract now with the cap rise, he'd be a nice player to have in replacement when Jones and Motie ask for 15 mill each next summer.

8 mill a year for the next 4 seasons, for a 15 and 8 player. Although, he and his brother are well known for being hot headed and making problems both on and off the court.

The Morris twins requested a new grand jury because they contend the prosecutor failed to present evidence that would have exonerated them. So it hasn't settled yet.

Markieff would fit a mold that Morey loves: a 4 who shoots the 3, locked into a relatively cheap contract.

If you could find a deal getting Devin Booker, too.... :)

Oh glory be. "Bargain contract" my hiney.

    1. We don't have the contracts to trade for him w/out giving up serious assets. (He ain't that good.)

    2. We ain't trading for him and owe him 4 years and $32 million. That deal could be very difficult to move if he's convicted and placed on probation, etc. He's a boat anchor. (Possibly if he clears up the assault case and modifies his contract for the last three seasons to become non-guaranteed.)

    3. He could be playing in the Fort Leavenworth prison league next season.

Well if he'll come here for next to nothing and make the rest of his contract unguaranteed, then I'll be for it.

That unguatanteed bulls**t is once in a lifetime. I do believe we can get him at next to nothing.

Plus he wasn't/isn't making as much as Ty.

    2 good reasons right there.

Ty Lawson doesn't go around beating up people while asking someone to keep watch.

Wasn't the story that it was an old coach that was sending inappropriate text to their mom? I'd don't blame them for kicking the dudes ass if he was talking saying inappropriate sexual comments to their mom ( I think that's what they said it was ).

I understand they are professionals and should be bigger then that, but at the same time it's their mom and it was and old coach/mentor ... so I could see how they could take it personal and want to handle the guy them selves.

Yeah, that was the story. Shouldn't take the law into your own hands though.
