might not be final, but the link has Camby as 21 and Bev as 2

Thought I saw Bev tweet out after we got Dwight that he'd be 21. Maybe he's given 21 up to the vet Camby.

Marcus Camby has always worn #23 in his career, but that's a retired number for the Rockets (Calvin Murphy). He wore #29 in his previous stint with the Rockets...

I'm not sure why he'd want to take Beverley's #21. Beverley wore #21 in college, his Twitter account is "patbev21" and he said after the Howard signing in a tweet (since deleted because the Rockets were still pretending they didn't have Howard) that he was switching to #21.

The NBA shop has Bev at 21 and Camby at 29. I need it to stay that way.

camby is too washed up and not good enough and never was to be demanding jersey numbers.

21 is Deion Sanders numbers, a ball hawk, just like patrick beverly.

Bev making up for his small contract by selling jersey numbers to teammates. Buy low, sell high. Smart guy.

He did wear 21 a couple times though (as a rookie with the Raptors and briefly with the Blazers) and we already had a #21 when Camby played for the Rockets:

So my guess is Camby's first choice is #23, second #21 and #29 was his third choice. So maybe Bev was super nice and let him have #21?

Beverley's Twitter says he's "Mr. 94 Feet" so it would be fitting if he wore #94. Can someone get a petition going and make it happen?

Leave #23 out of the discussion... that's a retired number, man. Calvin Murphy??

    EDIT: Clutch said it first.

Maybe I'm missing something, but Beverley was #12. Does he want to switch?

    I'll bite.

I think something significant happened on July 5 that took #12 away from Beverley.

This is all messed up. In 2k13 when I force traded Dwight to Houston, he took number 44.
