All series talk goes in here. DO NOT GIVE PLAY-BY-PLAY! If you need PBP try Yahoo, ESPN, or Sportsline.

5-3 Jason Marquis, RHP (3-2, 5.04) vs. Roy Oswalt, RHP (4-1, 2.76) 7:05 on FSSW

    5-4 Chris Carpenter, RHP (3-1, 1.80) vs. Andy Pettitte, LHP (1-4, 5.25) 7:05 on FSSW/ESPN2

We'll get to Carpenter this time. Marquis has had a tough time of late. Just don't pitch to him.

Bring it! I want Lidge facing Pujols today so he can get that monkey off his back and put to rest that he's screwed from that NLCS hr. Every closer gives up a big bomb. Ask Wagner, ask Eckersely, ask Rivera. I'm sure he's itching to get some revenge.

I am firmly in Lidge's court, but he'd better be in the strike zone if he expects to get "revenge" on Pujols.

LL. Roy pitches great but so does Marquis. AP continues to struggle and Carp is nails.
