Yes because all the factors are equal. Houston has 3 all stars on the team along with an extremely great coaching staff with an offensive philosophy.

G.S. has 8 people on their team shooting 38%+ from three. Of course they don't need to ISO.

Also shows that Curry has an immense amount of help. He doesn't play any d either.

THis one is going to be ugly.....

We tend to bounce back after a bad beating....but man, if the Blazers did the Rockets like that in Houston....this one....ouch.

What is the point you're trying to make with that photo?

That his teammate can steal the ball while he watches?

That team is so deep....it's crazy.

What were the Harden ISO vs Warriors ISO numbers last year? Seemed to work pretty well for the Rockets last year, and this was mostly without Dwight and no Beverley/Donuts in the playoffs.

Have they shown McHale yet? Is he on the studio desk with Ernie or a guest color commentator at the Warriors game?

Harden is one of the best isolation players in the league, if not the best. The problem is we have zero variance in our offense and teams are now defending Harden differently, which is why his isolation has been nowhere near as effective. Basically it's either Harden ISO or a half assed pick and roll. We were so depleted last season that the coaches fell back onto ISO ball but now our pathetic offense is being exposed more than ever. People say Harden is a ball hog but this our offense. There has been no attempts to adapt to how defenses are now approaching us. It's just rinse and repeat.

It's pathetic. A harden ISO every now and then is fine, but if he's not isolating it's a pick and roll. We have become far too predictable.

I'll be surprised if we're not down 20+ at some point.... most likely by the 2nd Q and deficit will never be within 10 to finish.

Yeah because we have 2 other all stars on this team. The alternative to Harden isos are Dwight post ups or chucking more 3's.
