Clippers need to hire a boxing coach to either (1) teach the players how to throw punches without hurting their hands, or (2) teach the staff how to fight back when being punched by the players, or (3) both.

Blake Griffin is addressing the media at Clipper practice today. Griffin, voice shaking, apologized to LAC fans. Said he regrets decisions he made that night and he's spoken to Matias Testi multiple times.

"It’s something I think about every day & wish I could take it back. I’ve told Matias that."

"It’s something I feel awful about" -- Blake Griffin on incident with Matias Testi.

"It's been tough to know that I've let my teammates down, let our organization down, let our fans down, my family, all of that." -- Griffin

According to Blake Griffin, Matias Testi told him "Stuff happens. We're like brothers and we're just going to move on."

Doc Rivers said "We're not trading Blake."

He keeps saying "this situation" throughout the interview, as opposed to "my actions" or "what i did".

He clearly still does not think that he is ultimately at fault - another example of this is him saying "I exercised poor judgement" which infers he was put in a situation where he chose the wrong decision - instead of something like "I made a stupid decision".

He also says "I'm sorry for what happened" not "I'm sorry for what i did". Be smarter Blake, at least say what your PR guys are telling you.

Maybe he's saying what his lawyers are telling him, just in case.

About time. Some impatient person dropped him in my fantasy basketball league. If he stays healthy and plays all games before the end of the regular season, I can still squeeze 7 games out of him...

That doesn't seem fair. I'm sure he's in no condition to play. You have to also be put on the active list to be suspended. I could see them get the 4 games out of the way, and he's still not ready for NBA action.
