He is a free agent, not draft-eligible.

    2nd mock

Rd 1 Corey Coleman, WR, Baylor

Not the teams biggest need but the BPA at a position of need. No one would be better on the Texans in the open field with the ball in hands. His route running needs development but he is a deep threat and a not even close best return man in Texans history. Put him in the slot between Hopkins and Strong and feed him quick slants and deep homerun balls. Plus with the huge amount of talent on the DL, the talent level in Rd 2 is outstanding.

Rd 2 Vernon Butler, DT, LA Tech

Explosive enough to play at tackle and end. Gets a year too play alongside and learn from Watt & Wilfork too get even better and then becomes a franchise starting DT for years. His draft status has quieted with all the first rd talent on the line but this guy was getting first rd grades with his ability.

Rd 3 Jack Allen, C, Michigan State

Helps add a dynamic Day 1 starter and atleast solidifies the Center position with either Bergstrom or Mancz as the backup and the other competing for a reserve guard spot.

Rd 4 Tyler Higbee, TE, W Kentucky

Shot up Mayock's list of top 5 TE's. Gives Osweiler the final championship worthy weapon he needs on offense. This guy is a complete TE but as a reciever first and blocker.

Rd 5 Graham Glasgow, G, Michigan State

Second Spartan OL'men taken, that's speaks for how well they are coached. Could push for a starting G spot or be a super reserve. Allen, Su'a-Filo, Glasgow, Mancz/ Slade/ Barton good depth and competition for that fourth spot.

Rd 5 T.J. Green, FS, Clemson

Gives the Texans more depth they need at Safety. BPA among FS, SS, DE and a second TE pick like David Morgan II

Rd 6 H. "Not going too try & spell it" Vaitai, ROT, TCU

Gives the Texans someone who can push for starting RT with Newton or be a super reserve tackle behind him. Makes Newton expendable after next year if OT is addressed early in 2017 draft. Brown, Newton, Clark, Vaitai and some competition with guys like Quiz and a couple other bodies. I think this really leaves the OL in good hands and really the entire offense for that matter
    ===

A DE too compete with Pagan & Covington for 2 of 3 spots or 3 if they are all outstanding.

A second TE pick to compete with Fiedo & Griffin for 2 of 3 spots or 3 if they earn it.

A SS to either push Allen too a super reserve spot or just be a super reserve/special teams type.

Would have liked too have addressed this in the draft but this could still become easily & cheaply addressed in free agency and as teams make cuts post draft and throughout training camps.

Glasgow was the center for the Michigan Wolverines, not Michigan St.

I appreciate the mock, but the word "too" means also.

I realize this was probably before the incident, but you can probably remove Higbee from the equation since he got arrested.
