What is going on with Yao's free throw shot?!!! Has the guy been infected by the rest of his teammates? I hope his free-throw drought is short-lived. We have already lost two games out of 15 because of bad FT shooting. Cat did it, then Moochie did it. As far as Moochie goes, signing this guy for the amount of money the Rockets paid him was the worst move by the team I can remember in recent times (Other than bringing and then signing Mo Taylor to an extension contract). But when it comes to Cat, you really expect him to make those FT come crunch time. I have a suggestion, It goes like this. Since Rudy T is unwilling to force his players to better their FT shooting in practice, then the Rockets should hire a FT specialist/trainer (Or Steve Kerr won't hurt if he is available!!) who would teach the struggling players (which seems to be ev1 at this point besides Glen Rice) the correct mechanics of shooting the ball. I have no doubt that the Rockets simply need a lot of practice on shooting from the charity strike, but when you lose about 15% of your games because of FT it is already an epidemic! It seems to be flu season for the Rockets as far as FTs go, so may be they need a prescription. Oh, another thing they might need: PRACTICE!!
