Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp

Holy **** cannot wait.

 

Yep, I'm excited. It's a prequel to the movie, but all the actors are 15 years older. Brilliant.

 

It's going to be awesome. I love that it's a series. I'm in heaven!!!

 

This looks REALLY REALLY stupid.

Which means I will definitely watch.

 

How did I not know this was happening?! VERY EXCITED. Netflix is kicking ass and taking names.

 

Oh hell yes!! Netflix is really getting their **** together with these series!

 

I was about to start this thread. I can't wait. I read a blurb about this a few weeks ago but I thought it was too good to be true with all the cast being back.

i'm through episode 6. legit one of the funniest things i've seen in a long time. love how many awesome cameos there are as well.

josh charles with his layered pop-collared pastel polos = so much win.

 

Never saw the original but apparently the soundtrack is pretty good.

 

How did I miss this until now? I suck, that's how.

Should I get stoned before watching this?

 

I watched the original movie on Netflix. I would say yes.

 

This is side splitting laughter. Yes I am highhhhhhhhhhhh

 

It is pretty stupid. I think they got their information about how it was back then from cheesy 80s movies.

couldn't get through the first episode. me and a friend literally had to turn it off because it wasn't funny.

I realllllly wanted it to be funny, too. Perhaps I'll try again in a few weeks.

 

Have you seen the movie that came out like 14 years ago? If you've seen it and liked it, it's the same style of oddball comedy. If you didn't like the movie, it's probably not your cup of tea.
