    Can some1 explain to me why McHale does not put pressure on his players and let's them do whatever they want? We all knew this, but still, a young team cannot perform great when there's no pressure. . This leads to no accountability. I really wonder what he told the guys during their playoff choke, especially after lilliard shot..

    ^^^^ They can dress however which way they want. Hipsterism is almost practicallism where you don't want to wear something too "t-shirt and jeans" yet has some type of formal quality to it.
