So, the husband uses words like "horrible" to describe wearing the opposing team's jersey at a bar, but agrees to the bet of naming their child an opposing team member's name.

Child's name (LIFETIME) is way more extreme than one night at a bar wearing a different jersey.

Where in the article says they are a Mexican?? Just because they have hispanic names, doesnt mean they have to be Mexicans.

and why are you not surprised? because US people doesnt name their children after celebrities? US people, doesnt make stupid bets?

I'd never name my kid after an athlete. Though if I did it would be one that has been long dead. RG3 seems like a good guy but the last few years have shown anybody can have dirt on them.

At least the names are normal first names and middle names (Griffin might be a stretch).

If you completely remove the middle name, no one will ever know.

Good thing they didn't just have his first name be both names put together or something.

We have a friend who has a grandchild named "Seven". Neither of the parents claimed they had ever seen the Seinfeld episode.

Shocking that this comes from a Cowboys fan. They'll probably misspell his name on the birth certificate

The winning bet would have named the kid.
