It's time to finish the job. Lose this one for the future. Reggie Bush or a treasure chest full of extra picks is worth a hell of a lot more to this team's future than a win in Week 17 against the 49ers.

If somebody would have told me we would have the #1 pick during trainning camp I would have thought they were crazy. I figured this team would win 9 games this season. Oh well back to reality.........

I wanted to b****slap every fan at the Arizona game who went nuts when Kurt Warner went down in the 1st quarter two weeks ago. He was looking awesome on that drive, and I knew the Texans were going down. Instead, we got 3 quarters of Navvaro (?) and a meaningless win.

If we had only lost that game like we were supposed to then this game would be meaningless.

On the bright side, Carr has looked good lately. Lets hope that trend does not continue Sunday. I will be listening on Sirius and begging...BEGGING the Gods for a loss.

24 years ago I rooted for the 49ers to beat the cowboys when Dwight Clark made "The Catch", and now I am rooting for them again.

Vernand Morency had to leave practice because of "flu like symtoms." Jonathen Wells has a bruised thigh. DD is out because of surgery. That leaves only Tony Hollings. :D

Now we just need to find a way for Andre Johnson to miss the game.

    Why?

Look out football, here we come, Houston Texans, number one! ...

Houston has the Texans, the crappiest football team.
We fumble the ball from goal to goal like no one's ever seen.
LB's in the air, Carr's on the ground, Texans stuck at null.
And when you say the Texans, you're talking Toilet Bowl.

'Cause we're the Houston Texans, Houston Texans, Houston Texans, number one!
Yes, we're the Houston Texans, Houston Texans, Houston Texans, number one!

We've got no offense, we've got no defense,
We give our fans a stroke.
'Cause we're the Houston Texans, Houston Texans,
You know our team's a joke.

Yes, we're the Houston Texans, Houston Texans, Houston Texans, number one.
Yes, we're the Houston Texans, Houston Texans, Houston Texans, number one.

'Cause we're the Houston Texans, Houston Texans, Houston Texans, number one - five - seven - eight,
    2 & 14 is our fate!
Houston Texans, Houston Texans, Houston Texans, number one!

I can't believe I am actually rooting against the Texans.

I will seriously be so disappointed if they win.

I feel a loss can be the start of something big and a win would just create that "pit in my stomach" feeling I felt back in '93 when the Bills beat the Oilers.

I am rooting for the 49ers like a playoff game. I mean no harm to the Texans, but Davis and Walker being out are really great.
Hopefully they sit Carr also...why is he playing anyway???

My biggest fears: Carr gets seriously injured in Sunday's game and Busg gets serioulsy injured against the Longhorns (Like Willis McGahee did in the championship game a few years back when with the Hurricanes.)

This is awkard. Sick with nervousness that the texans LOOSE? Same feeling of hoping the astros pull off the win in a world series game or the rockets win game 7?

Fire Dom one hour before game time. I worry about his motivations. Present our new interim coach Jack Pardee (is he even still alive?) - Man, I'd love seeing the look of dementia on his face right about now, as the team tries to figure out what he wants them to do on 4th down situations. Hopefully, he'll go for a field goal on 4th and 20 on our own goal line.
