NBA Postseason Worst Among Pro & College Sports?

there are just too many games. each games loses significance

 

I would advocate for a shorter regular season before changing the format of the playoffs.

 

I would love to see NBA playoffs seeded 1-16 for just one year to try it out.

Problem with the NBA Playoffs is that it's kind of a formality. NBA might as well be like the old BCS system and handpick a #1 and #2 because more often than not, that's what we get. These last couple of playoffs have been awful. This league is so so watered down now that it's making the playoffs something that you dont feel the need to watch.

 

Simple. First two rounds should be best-of-5. Conference finals and Finals should remain best-of-7

 

Hockey fans like to say the NHL playoffs are the best. Game 1 of Stanley cup finals will get crushed in ratings by game 7 of Warriors/okc Monday night
