I appreciate the OP passing along this information. He heard a little something and posted it. Nothing wrong with that.
It is Harden's defense that is hurting his rep among other players more than anything in my opinion. The list of guys that want to play with other good offensive players is probably pretty long. BUT if you were to ask them if they wanted to play with a good offensive player who holds the ball on offense and wouldn't help them out on the defensive end then I'd guess that list would get short pretty quickly. The sad part is, I don't think Harden can repair his rep at this point. There are videos out from multiple seasons of his weak effort on D. So it would be hard to say those are isolated instances.
