Some faces may have changed, but this team is still the same. The same loveable losers that can win when it doesn't matter and doesn't show up when it does. Story of the entire franchise. I'm starting to join the bandwagon on blaming the owner. Until we get someone that will allow players with an edge on his team - someone that will divorce himself from the godfather gym teacher, I don't think we are going anywhere. And its a damn shame because his blind faith, loyal fans are dying for something relevant. Something with an edge.
No yes I agree, was being a sarcastic ass. 6 straight weeks of not showing up in the first quarter is concerning and it being Thursday night the Colts bounced on us.

I still stand by this thread. I refuse to give into the typical "we gave them a game, though." Or "Watt had a big game." This sucks.
dude get over yourself we took the Cowboys to OT and this game was within reach. With Clowney back we may have won both games
Yea if Watt would have pulled in that almost interception it's a pick 6 and we win ... hope he can sleep tonight
just calling out this amazing rep I received for my post above "You are a ****ing idiot. Not just here, but everywhere." EddieWasSnubbed -- not only did you throw up an amazingly awful thread, but then you followed it up with the hateful anonymous feedback. Great day for you, kid.
EddiewasSnubbed was not wrong. Oh, yeah, he's wrong about this thread, but you are a ****ing idiot. Not just here, but everywhere
In all honesty and sincerity, I didn't leave that rep. I've never talked to anyone like that in my life, and if I did so, I wouldn't do it anonymously. I had no problems with your comments at all. No big deal to me. Honestly, I had to reread what you had posted once I saw your post about the rep. Sorry someone left that for you. Also, as far as the thread goes - I labeled it knee jerk for a reason. I knee it was. I feel optimistic about the team compared to when I first wrote it. As much as I tried not to - I just can't help but fall into the "we almost had them at the end" sentiment. But I guess such is the football life I'm accustomed to. Anyway, when this team gets Clowney back, and then learns to curtail its slow starts, I think it is, at the very least, a playoff contender.
Also, mine gave me a good chuckle, too : "Calm down lady. Lots of teams struggle for a long time. We've had three coaches, it's not like the owner hasn't tried. And we have players with an edge, they just aren't very good."
Well apologies for accusing you for leaving that feedback. I guess it was some other cranky old geezer posting in this thread
Bump.... Ten days to prepare and this team is playing like it had three. Just pathetic. Will it ever change?
I'm done defending this team. It's comical how many mistakes and bad plays this team makes. Start the experimentation and make sure we tank for the season.
