In the recent streak of losses it has become painfully obvious to me that the Rockets do not have a "go to" play that they can rely on when they need to score points. So do the Rockets have such a go to play? If so what is it? If not what can they do to remedy this?
I am not sure what it is currently, but I think it should be pick n roll with Brooks and Scola, at least until Kevin Martin gets acclimated into the offense.
i dont know, but they need to incorporate that stevie to cat alley oop. It ALWAYS worked....francis driving downt he paint, cuttino cutting to the rim baseline to catch an alley. Brooks and ariza/budinger need to get that down. It would help brooks when he gets in trouble in the paint.
Back door passes to one of our key scorers, Scola, Brooks Ariza. Usually in the midrange of the paint or the low post.
Our bread and butter play to get the other team points is to let Aaron dribble around until he commits a fastbreak ingniting turnover.
