i expected this. Good for indy but they will likely have to throw something back and they don't have assets. Lakers should also absorb lee and take back looney.

btw this is a sign that the lakers management after the fiasco of the last days has smarten up. better take picks and absorb some contracts while developing your youngsters and hopefully keep your pick than easy solution.
However lakers are still lakers so who knows.

Thanks for the mention, but I told Lakers I won't sign with them,
as their presentation was really weird. They made me watch
a 30 minute Jack Nicholson highlight clip and Kobe made a PowerPoint
presentation about winning and how to feed him the ball.

Still waiting for Morey to call me, we need a good PG.

Looks like they're doing the same thing they did last year. Try to hit a home run, and if they miss, just fill up with 1 year stop gaps and try again the following year.

I hope this happens. I don't want Hibbert going to the Clippers. The potential is still there and Doc got it out of DeAndre. Who is to say he can't get Hibbert back on track too? Hibbert looked real good at one point.

Looks like it's done. Pretty good trade for the Lakers. They got an elite rim protector.

It sounds like they traded a pick, though. I wonder which one. If it's a 1st rounder, then it's pretty distant.

    http://www.indystar.com/story/sport...th-indiana-pacers-about-roy-hibbert/29712251/

After a tumultuous start to the offseason, when he was called out by Larry Bird and cast aside for a younger, more athletic draft pick, Roy Hibbert now appears to be on his way out of Indiana....

On Saturday, the Pacers purportedly agreed to trade Hibbert to the Los Angeles Lakers. ESPN's Marc Stein first reported talks of the trade. A league source confirmed to The Star the deal can be completed after July 9, the end of the NBA moratorium. If all goes through, the deal marks an abrupt end to the seven-year Indiana tenure of the player who once supplied the defensive identity of the Pacers.

Should we try to get Jordan Clarkson?
