Yea I do think the government has to address these mandatory minimums(most are way too harsh and arent detterents), but these two idiots deserve a little jail time...

More than that. The average tabs are around 120mg of MDMA, so probably closer to 90 pills worth. Would be hard to argue that as personal use amounts rather than intent to distribute.
