List your absolute favorites here. The way I'm defining it is that you will be ecstatic if any of them end up in Rockets Red. Of course keep it realistic within reason.

    My list:

    Ecstatic:
    Jared Sullinger
    Austin Rivers

    Happy:
    Kendall Marshall
    Meyers Leonard

    Less realistic:
    Beal

I'd like a trade-up for Perry Jones or Harrison Barnes. We need guys with potential.

It seems people on CF.net barely watch NCAA and all list the same "dream picks" and guys. Mouth propaganda is killin it this year here.

I can't see this anymore, 90% of posters saying how Rivers, Leonard, Henson are the best guys we can get and all other draftees are mediocre.

Rivers is a chucker with no defense and bad decision-making. Can keep K-Mart if we want that kind of player.

Leonard is as raw as it gets and needs to bulk up heavily before getting any meaningful minutes on a serious team.

How is it that barely anyone mentions PJ III, Wroten, Draymond Green, Melo, White, Quincy Miller or calls them busts without even watching them?

I really hope Morey doesn't draft Rivers or Leonard so that this **** stops, it's terrible.

    Success:
    Anthony Davis
    Andre Drummond
    Royce White

    Failure:
    Anyone else

The Rockets need to start going for boom or bust. I don't care if the #14 or 16 pick fails. Give me hope for a superstar.

    Dream Picks:
    Bradley Beal
    Harrison Barnes
    Perry Jones

    Would be happy with:
    Perry Jones
    Austin Rivers
    Meyers Leonard
    Jeremy Lamb
    Terrence Jones
Andre Drummond (not huge on him, but he's a C)

    Quincy Miller
    Tony Wroten

seriously! it's particularly difficult for me to hear all this hype about rivers when he's an okay role player at the collegiate level. If there's nba potential, he needs to stay in college and discover it first

    I agree with this list.

    Jeremy Lamb
    Arnett Moultrie

Are the two best players worth mentioning in the mid lottery. No other pf, outside of Thomas Robinson and Drummond even come close to what Moultrie brings to the table.

Lamb is a star, plain and simple.

An okay role player?? Did you watch him play at all this year?

Im Not saying hes gonna come in a wreck on everybody right away, but he's got star potential.

There won't be anybody availible at 14 or 16 that can come in and be "the guy" right away. So why not draft some guys with the potential to be "the guy" and run with them while our young guys get some experiance, and in the process get a high pick for the future if they aren't winning right away.

Let's face it, we have taken safe role players the past 2 years, it's time to take a chance on someone with star potential, ala rivers.

There are other guys with star potential available, why don't you guys realize that and mention Rivers all the time, who didn't even do good in college and would've needed more time.

I realize there are other guys with potential, but I was responding to a comment about Rivers. You can look at my sig and see that Rivers isn't my 1st choice.

How can you say he wasn't good in college?? He was the ACC freshman of the year I believe. Averaged about 14 points. On a team like duke, 14 points is really good!

    15.5 points is good, but look at how he did it. 43.3 fg%, 36.5 3pt%, 65.8 ft%, 2.1ast compared to 2.3 to, 3.2rpg.
How is that a good season or show star potential? He would've needed at least one more year in college with these stats.
