Obvious is obvious: 1a. Kubiak and ALL the coaches must go. 1b. Rick Smith must go. 2. Trade/release Schaub. 3. Find your next QB (most likely the draft). Oh yeah, should probably include 'Find a new coach (and GM).' No obvious names out there. Sorry, all the retread names don't do much for me. Don't tell me Sumlin either.
