Welp, this seems like as good a moment as any to come out of retirement.

1 - Trade or release Matt Schaub
    2 - Fire Joe Marciano
    3 - Cut Derek Newton's stupid hair
4 - Send Brandon Brooks to fat camp
5 - Keep doing #3 and #4 until they both learn how to block
6 - Draft another ILB to harvest organs and tendons from for Brian Cushing
7 - Stuff Gary Kubiak's Waffle House Menu playbook in a paper shredder
8 - Hire an OC that knows how to run a spread, no-huddle offense
9 - Put down Ed Reed ol' Yeller style
10 - Pay for JJ Watt's eventual rhinoplasty
11 - Give Case Keenum whatever the hell he wants

Feel free to add your own.

need to get our cap situation in order.

will have to cut a lot of big name players, probably:

    schaub
    foster
    daniels
    manning
    reed

Yep, time to just clear the canvas.

The chiefs are showing one good offseason, can change everything quickly in the NFL, Even if it's a complete rebuild.

I would even consider trading Dre and Foster.

    Obvious is obvious:

1a. Kubiak and ALL the coaches must go.
    1b. Rick Smith must go.
    2. Trade/release Schaub.
    3. Find your next QB (most likely the draft).

Oh yeah, should probably include 'Find a new coach (and GM).' No obvious names out there. Sorry, all the retread names don't do much for me. Don't tell me Sumlin either.

First 3 are obvious, but I'm gonna hold off on the third one. I'm willing to give Case the year to earn that title, although I'm not counting on it.

Yes, we have a lot of money tied up in players that won't be a part of our long term plans. Time to start the rebuilding process. The Texans had their chance to do something last year and they came up short.

We need to play Keenum the rest of the year to determine if he is our QB of the future.

Yeah, I didn't even get into roster decisions (besides Schaub). Have to think some cuts are on the way and/or free agents are let go.

You're probably right, so he is released then. Okay.

    New head coach/OC/ST coach/RT.

Case looks promising. I know it's only one game, but at arrowhead against the best d in the league, with injuries at RB. Not gonna get much tougher than that.

At this point with Denver, NE, and Colts x 2 left, I think its time to blow it up.
