    Summer is upon us, I plan on taking a few road trips over the next few months and am looking for some new podcasts to listen to. So far I listen to the following

    Humankind on NPR can be very interesting, or it can put you to sleep. Worth checking out.

    Hardcore History is an amazing lengthy listen if it fits your style. Not funny but so informative. They average around 3 hours long and most are multi-parters.

    Joe Rogan's (I really like it because it varies so much from podcast to podcast)
    (the UFC gets tiresome and I typically skip those)

    Hardcore History (Is amazing, I wish people could more often get into this instead of Kardasian B.S.)

    How Things Work (these guys are really good at what they do)

    For me those are more than enough regarding volume of content. I did listen to Serial though which is 100% worth listening to.

    Hardcore history. All the free ones are good to great (blueprint for Armageddon and wrath of the khans especially) but it's worth the $1.99 an episode to download the ghosts of the ostfront re: the eastern front of WWII.
