Omer has been an ox for us battling for loose balls, getting rebounds and playing tough d. the league has taken notice and many in the league need someone like him on their squad.

I am not sure what his peak is but there are some fans who think we should trade him now while his stock is high and we got a good return already based on his signing

    What say you?

Clearly the 2nd best player on the team right now. A bit quick for this given the Rockets have been without a quality C for how many seasons prior?

And who exactly will we plug in as a defensive rebounding center? I guess we could just pick one out from the tree they all grow on.

No. We finally have a legit center and he even has potential to grow. Who would you even want? No way this would ever happen though

No, we should not consider trading a player on the rise like Asik. He will be a perfect fit should we acquire a star PF or SF -- Asik does all the little things and is a true center.

Uh.... Hell no! Who would we get to take his place that could do anywhere near as good of a job as him?

No. It always depends on who we would trade him for. If we are moving him for another 5 I would probably only do it for 3 or 4 players.Dwight, Marc Gasol,Hibbert.

Sure, let's trade the first legit center we've had since Yao and our best defensive player so that we can plug one hole and open up two more. Makes perfect sense, let's throw in Parsons and some future picks while we are at it.

He's a near perfect fit for our team, hell no. Not even for Bynum imo.

No way. He doesn't miss many rebounds. If his offensive post game develops, look out.

I hear that the Thunder have placed Durant on the trading block since he's having an MVP season.

lol typical internet knee jerk reaction. We've been wanting some girth and length for 3 years, now that we have it, you want to give it away.

He's essentially the third best defensive center behind Dwight and Chandler, he's younger than both, has more potential for developement and makes a fraction of what those guys make. Short of landing a top ten player it would be pretty stupid to trade him.

No way. Maybe in a year or two if Greg Smith is nearing free agency and has developed into the all-star level starter

Laughable...you don't trade what you've been struggling to find, for years now...
