Heat vs Jazz/Mavs who would you root for in the finals

    Ok I would say the two most hated teams on this board for Rocket fans are the Jazz and the Mavs. With all the new hate for Lebron and the Heat I am curious who everyone would root for.

    If the Heat made the finals and the other team is the Jazz or Mavs who would you root for in the finals?

    Never Root for the Jazz, I live in Miami so I automatically hate them and their bandwagoners... I Despise the Mavs and Jason Kidd/Terry.....Man tough choice.

    I'd say Mavs and then Jazz. I don't have much of a problem with either team but I don't want to see the Heat win.

    I voted Heat reflexively, but I'm ambivalent. I'd definitely root for any of those three over the Lakers, however.

    I'd root for the Heat over the Celtics and Magic also. My opinion on this could change by the end of this season, though.

    That's not a tough question at all for me. I would root for the Heat. I would root for the Heat against any Western conference team except the Suns or the Thunder.

    But I really don't want to see Dallas/Utah/LA/Miami win.

    The ONLY team I would cheer for the Heat against would be the Jazz. I would cheer for the Lakers, Mavs, Spurs etc. over the Heat in the Finals.

    Root for anyone who faces the Jazz/Mavs/Lakers by default.

    Those three and their fan bases.


    Curse them forever.


    How can you call yourself a Rockets fan otherwise, rooting for Utah or Dallas, even the Lakers.

    Don't really see what so bad about the Heat, compared to the Jazz, Lakers, and Mavs.

    Heat....only one circumstance would I root for the Jazz...if their win would mean the Rockets sneaking into the playoffs.

    Other than that...NEVER EVER am I rooting for that team.

    IMO the Jazz have been the dirtiest team in the league ever since Sloan has been their. I just don't like the way they play basketball. I have nothing against the Lakers/Mavs other than the fact that they beat us.

    To me, Lebron is all about his image and partying more than he cares about basketball. I'm not a huge fan of Kobe, but I would rather Kobe get his 27th ring than Lebron get his 1st.

    For the Lakers, Kobe is kind of split on this site, but one thing most agree are their fans, Derek Fisher, suspect calls at home, and Sasha Vujacic.
