I bet this guy doesn't even speak German when someone rings a bell. I'm gonna miss Craig. He's so good with the ladies...

We live in a world...where your resume...is judged on how many people, robots or fake people click on your like button....

    Think about that.

As opposed to what? How many people watch your show or vote for you in the All Star game?? If they monetize the same, what's the diff?

talk shows are turning into social media viral variety shows. the masses seem to like it, easier now with a upvote on social media. so what we have are variety shows calling themselves talk shows looking for a easy upvote which then spreads it like rapid disease.

with letterman and stewart leaving it seems there is a gap in the more traditional interview format. interesting to see if that completely dies and we are left with only the james lipton types.

I think the buy-out for not being picked to replace Letterman made it easy. He's a standup by trade, but like Kilborn, also by choice, I bet he doesn't work again.

My favorite talk show hosts are Scott Aukerman and Eric Andre. :^)

It seems like Ferguson has a lot of irons in the fire. He's definitely not retiring.

We don't, actually. Entertainment and internet companies aren't even in the top 100 globally.

He still tours as a standup and does a game show on the WB (ch39 local)

Ferguson was awesome and I miss him. Tried to watch the new guy, just couldnt get into it. If I wanted to watch a British talk show, I'll watch Graham Norton who does it better and is much funnier than Cordan.
