Yesterday, I took a personal day from school, because I really had no motivation to go. Eh, call it senioritis. Today, we have a snow day, so I plan on going to my girlfriend's pretty much all day. Plus, we're off all next week for no reason, so I'm pretty much looking at an 11 day weekend. Who's jealous?

Law of averages my friend. Do the time now or do the time later. It seems like the week off just for ****s and giggles is going to be a little annoying around the middle of June.

I've been working 10 hour days for the past 2 weeks. I have to come in on every weekend and I have to continue this through the end of tax season.

    I hate you.

You said "school". No way in hell I'm jealous - I get paid to go to work, and I'm paid for my days off. :)

Oh quitcher whining. I've been averaging 84-90 hrs a week for the past month or two. But I'm not going to complain since the company pays time-and-a-half OT. Just makes the media room a reality much quicker.

I'm shocked that you still find time to post 8 times a day. ;)

I didn't know there were such things as personal days from school. You mean you played hookie or skipped classes. Personal day makes it sound like it is almost excused like, if you missed something important, you can come back and go up to the teacher saying "I took a personal day...can you give me my homework assignments?". Then, he will give you a look like "personal day....WTF? NO!". You might as well have just said you took a sick day. I'm going to try taking a personal day from work and see how far that gets me. Excuse me, boss, I'm taking a personal day today...CYA!!! :D

Well, depending on what teacher it is, I will either tell them that I took a personal day, or I didn't have any motivation to go to school, or I was sick.

Holy crap, how long does it take for you to type a post? :D Besides, that number includes back in the day when my post average was probably around 10-12 posts a day.
