Just look at the overtly sexualized females in that photo, nothing more than mere props being used in a male oriented program.

Not too surprising. While those of us who have lived in Austin for decades, or are a native of our fair city, have been hit hard with increasing property taxes, our home prices are still absurdly cheap compared to the West Coast or the Northeast. There are great values here. Same with Houston, except that it's flat. ;-)-

Nothing compared to Vancouver where I just came back from. A city of 2.5 , half million or so. A half white, half Asian city with a mere smidgen of blacks and Latinos compared to Houston.

A real estate friend of mine here in Cali mentioned that it is the norm to have a Chinese nationals to try and outbid each other for a property and all them are paying CASH

Haven't heard him mention anything about Indians but it is not uncommon to see them living in more affluent neighborhoods

    Some DnD

Indian American families are supposedly the highest grossing ethnic group...above Caucasians and ethnic Chinese Americans.

The most accomplished and experienced actor in that group had to play a senile, bumbling dufus, the Broadway actor had to vacillate between feigning effeminacy and hypersexuality, and neither of the two actresses have had to work since the '80s thanks to syndication and the "bimbo" is worth over $100 million for marketing thigh and ass machines.

I'd think the only thing less newsworthy than the "crisis" of having the oldest and largest ethnic group in this hemisphere populate it's second largest land-mass is any story about 2 billion Chinese migrating anywhere; ideally and most "efficiently" this would have all happened 100 years ago.

The money from imports is coming back. Happened in the late 1980s with Japan. If US can't find something to export then this is the best alternative.

I don't have a problem with this. Trade is good. Investment is good. Diversity in culture is good.

He was a fake account set up by one of the other Rice graduated econ/finance oriented posters who like to mock blacks and then claim they have an inferiority complex or attack their "culture" as an excuse to them dumb.
