What a coincidence, NOLA playing at OKC tonight. At least all that people that care about Monty will give him some support.

Soooo sad. I cannot even imagine. So sad. Wish that car would not have veered into her lane. I wonder why- was the other lady on the phone/ texting, did the dog in her lap distract her.

RIP and I hope the kids and their dad can get thru this.

    RIP.

Sad I had one of my best friends killed 5 minutes from his house in Frisco because some young punk decided to drive 100mph while drunk. His baby was 8 months old and had a wife of 6 yrs. Truly one ofbthe worse days of my life 4 yrs ago. I cant imagine losing my wife who has used to be my homegirl from 1988.

I used to drive under the influence until I grew up and realized how selfish and stupid it was. So thankful I never hurt anyone for their sake and my own. I never got drunk and drove over the speed limit though which is something I never understand. Even if these idiot halfwits are selfish and dumb why would they want to risk a dwi and a million other charges going that damn fast? How can you feel like you aren't going to kill someone even if you are sober doing a speed like that!? A biker or walker could be crossing the street!! Whatever man this is such sad news and I didn't even know about the whole Ryan Anderson thing man that just makes this whole bad things happen to good people so much more real

****ing crazy ass people. We have all this tech.. should be able to figure out a way to put speed limit things correlated to GPS positioning, etc.

Three of the kids were in that suburban. As they have non-life threatening injuries, you have to (1) commend Ingrid on whatever she did, if anything, to absorb the brunt of the impact - probably didn't do much as there really wasn't time, but you never know and that parent instinct kicks in immediately, and (2) commend the suburban.

Hope there aren't any long-term damages to any of the kids.

Maybe because the driver died at the scene of the accident? It's one thing to not forgive someone if they're alive but if they died in the accident what would be the point of holding a grudge?

[rQUOTEr]Ever since the tragic death of his wife in a car crash back in February, Monty Williams has been away from the Thunder, needing to care for his five children.

A few months ago, the organization announced he wouldn't return this season. Moving into next year, Williams is not expected to return to the Thunder coaching staff, The Oklahoman has learned. His NBA coaching future remains uncertain.

But Williams will return to coaching in another capacity. This summer, Williams will help out with Team USA as they prepare and play in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Brazil.
