    it be so sweet if we could sign milsap next offseason.. thats still a long way from now, but one can dream. lets see what morey's got up his sleeve before the trade deadline..

    You read between the lines here and its pretty much like someone from the Rockets is telling Feigan that fans shouldn't expect a superstar or anything. That article seemed to hint at the Rockets making plans for this Summer to be aggressive again.

    Your "10 to 12" players (all making less than 8.4 mill per mind you), are probably more of your Brandon Bass type of rotation players.

    Also the "sooner rather than later" reasoning is probably similar to the reasoning behind giving a deadline last year on the Asik trade. They want to have the ability at the deadline to turn that player back around and trade them with other salaries if need-be.

    Don't get too excited Insiders who are anxious to say they called this one.

    Coincidence that this article comes out right after Dragic said he's going to give the Rockets a serious look in free agency???

    Feigen is just a casual sports writer. You can't expect him to understand the intricacies of the salary cap.
