It's a losing battle anyways. Hispanic population is only going to grow larger no matter how they redistrict any county, Hispanics will still be the majority population. Can't wait for 2040 to come around. The Latino community won't be just an often times ignored voice. They will be the voice to discuss issues with from both parties.
