    I think that is from the book "Why Paint Cats?" that was a spinoff of the book "Why Cats Paint".

    It's an actual cat paint job.

    Btw, did you know that the question mark symbol is taken from a cat's tail and butthole? Cats curl their tails up like that when they are curious etc. So every time you draw a question mark, you are drawing a butthole.

    you can see Jesus in this dog's butt. The first frame is real with some animated gif frames to help those non-believers see Him.
