    On tonight's Sportscenter, the anchors were role-playing coaches on which coach is best fit for which team. Here is the suggestion:

    Larry Brown to Houston. Rockets young players need a masterful teacher. Larry can get a ring.

    Jeff Van Gundy to Cleveland. Van Gundy is known for his defensive work and Cleveland is infamous for its defense.

    Paul Silas to Philadephia. Silas has a lot of patience for Iverson.

    Yeah, but OTL Nightly said Brown would be a better fit in LA (or Houston).

    NBA Coaching Jeapordy on ESPN

    On ESPN (Midnight version) When discussing the Rockets, David Aldridge said that Les is stuck on JVG and that Dunleavy couldn't get a meeting (huh?)!!!

    What a moron! You'd think he might consult the Chronicle before showing up on national T.V. saying things he knows nothing about!!

    In Final Jeapordy....

    Which is the most appealing NBA Coaching Vacancy:

    Legler: New Orleans Hornets / Rockets

    Aldridge: Rockets

    Rick Buecher: Rockets


    I'm firmly convinced that the order of preference for Les is:

    #1 Brown

    #2 Dunleavy

    #3 JVG

    I don't think we will be making a mistake with any of those guys. I just hope we get the right guy for the chemistry of our team...
