Anyone pick this up yet? If so, how is it? I recently picked up Fifa 14 and tried out FUT for the first time. Even though I don't play online, I got hooked. Built a solid team pretty quickly. One thing I loved was the mobile app they had in order to do transfers. A couple of days before 15 came out though, they ended support for 14 .
I have a PC, but it's a little dated. Good for ME3, but probably won't run newer games smoothly. I also don't play online, hence the question for legit or no.
I played the demo a bit and also played just a couple games of the full retail version (PS4). Seems pretty good. A little more arcadey than last year, I feel. I haven't gotten into Career mode yet (pretty much the only mode I play). But I will say, really looking forward to the multiple team sheets feature. It was murder swapping out my entire squad every time I had a cup game before. Looking forward to never doing that again. Have to admit it didn't get off to an auspicious start though. First game I got to about mid-way through the second half, got a free kick. Changed kick takers, and actually "took" the free kick (powered up the meter and released, just hadn't actually kicked it yet). Right after I did, the original kick taker ran over and tried to get back to the original kicktaker position. So he just sat there, doing this eternal twitchy thing as he tried to occupy the same space as the new guy. There was no way to get out of it. I couldn't re-take the kick, couldn't change kick-takers, couldn't sub. I just had to quit.
If you don't play online then you can pirate. I play Ultimate Team so I need a legit copy and plus I wanted to support the series.
Yeah, I've been playing on PS4. I like it a lot so far. I don't play FUT, I've been doing a co-op season with my brother.
Damn right. We turned the FUT into a stock market. ****in short selling silver stars to make that coin and then flipping it on facebook for liquid! :grin:
Good question. I just barely started playing FIFA and have no idea what it is. Is it "ultimate team" ? Can someone explain what that is and the advantages/disadvantages to it?
Yup, FIFA Ultimate Team. Advantages: Pick your stadium, ball, kits, formations, & players. Buy/sell players and pretty much everything. Also, new this year is the chance to get players on loan. Disadvantages: Need coins to make a great team. Will take a while to build a great team unless of course you buy packs with real money.
