I like this group of guys a lot. However, I think we should keep KJ over Bev to have the versatility and athleticism on the perimeter.

That's a fair price i guess, the problem is that 90% he'll get more, probably around 17/18...i wouldn't be shocked if someone ends up paying him 20x.

Why on earth would they not just exercise the option? Don't you think 9m in space is worth more than Corey Brewer and a 2nd round pick (which is roughly worth $1m)?
I wonder what it would take to trade for Teague. I suppose they might want to go young and build around Schroder. Perhaps a deal centered around Capela could do it. Trade Beverley for a late 1st(no salary in return) Dump Brewer using Dekker and a 2nd, Trade Capela, KJ and picks for Teague Waive/renounce Dmo, Jones, Goudlock, Terry, Smith Sign Horford to his max, sign Dudley for 6-7mill, If Howard opts in keep him, if he opts out sign Whiteside to his max. Teague Harden Ariza / Dudley Horford / Beasley / Harrell Howard(or Whiteside) That would probably be the best free agency I could imagine outside of landing Durant.
I think with a coach like Bud running the show is almost impossible to expect a team to rebuild, a coach will always prefer a ready to ball team... Anyway, if they lose Bazemore, they may be interested in Ariza, and looking at the point guards market plus the fact that Teague just played a "meh" season, i think Teague may be not that expensive in a trade...maybe Ariza (again, if they need a 3 at free agency ended) could be enough. Teague is good, but not that good, and he's an expiring contract looking to get paid in the free agency with the biggest (by far) salary cap ever so... Capela...i don't think they're interested in him, they already have a young center like Tavares. They were interested in D.Mo, an Hawks insider said this, but he also said we were asking too much. Here, if they lose Bazemore without being able to sign someone to replace him, i can definitely see something like Ariza + D.Mo for Teague with something next, maybe even a simple Ariza for Teague if he asks out.
It's going to be a disaster since the Rockets are not smart enough to rebuild. I'd definitely talk to Biyombo, but he will be very bid. Point Guard MUST BE FIXED. Look at the Sixers striking gold with Ish- it can be done. Unfortunately, the fat pig GM has constantly screwed up this position.
One other thing: people suggesting to trade Harden and end up with Blake Griffin. Harden is twice the player Griffin is.
Who do you think developed Ish in Philly? And Rockets have had GREAT success with locating and developing PGs under Morey: Brooks, Lowry, Dragic and Beverley

I would move Harden to PG before I move him to SF. I do like the idea of signing Beal though Harden/Bev Beal/Tucker Ariza/Dudley Horford/Beasley Capella/?
