Well, technically he is not a Rocket right now.

I'll take him back, but we could definitely use an upgrade at the backup guard position.

What do you mean "backup"? Beverly is injured half the time and
    never
is healthy during the playoffs. Look for lots of Nick Johnson come mid-season.

Love him, but more in the locker room than on the court. If Dallas wants to overpay it's an easy decision. Would rather sign Aaron Brooks

I believe the Band of Brothers will be back! Why go to Mavs, nothing there except for old times, and only a few of those players are there. What did J Terry have strong friendship with Dirk?

That's exactly why I think we need an upgrade, Beverley's health is a huge question mark and I don't want grandpa Terry thrust into a starter's role.

Terry is a player in situation where he can wait it out. I'd be surprised if he leaves the Roxs if we stay pat at the guard spot.

Unless Dallas throws a crazy offer his way(which I don't even think they can do), he'll resign here. He has a better shot at another ring with the Rockets than the Mavs.

That article says that because of the Jordan signing the Mavericks have had a great offseason. Crack smokers!

Let's look at what the Mavericks have lost in total this offseason with NOTHING IN RETURN (this includes what they gave up for Rondo)

    Brandan Wright
    Jae Crowder
    Jameer Nelson
2016 1st round pick (pushed back from 2015)
    2016 2nd round pick
    $12.9 Million Trade Exception
    Rajon Rondo
    Tyson Chandler
    Monta Ellis
    Al-farouq Aminu
    Possibly J.J. Barea (TBD)

They added what will probably be a 70% Wes Matthews for a fortune and who's career will likely plummet soon and are talking about adding Jeremy Lin??? This is a nightmare situation!! This just goes to show you how easy it is to buy the media. Give them a good chunk of dough and they will say whatever you want.

If anyone EVER compares Cuban to Morey and attempts to put him even remotely in the same stratosphere as him, he/she should be immediately banned. They are Mavs fans and don't belong here.

Screw Jason Terry. He is a scrub and a douche bag for even listening to Dallas!

If he wants a better chance at a ring, he'll stay.

I think he'll realize the chance to win is with us in Houston. He's a leader type that the Rockets need on the bench and in the locker room.
