Ironically - this is the best 10 game stretch this team has played

    You look at these last 10 games by spreads considering the quality of competition and you have to say, this is actually the best this team has played. They just ran into some pretty good competition against good teams and other bubble teams in Indiana, Chicago, Dallas, and Utah. The lose to Atlanta was much closer than the score shows. And wins over the Cavs, Raptors, and Thunder were impressive.

    The energy the team played with tonight was great. Take out Brewer's ice cold shooting (no surprise) - and that game is won even with Hardens' turnovers.

    Given the tough schedule Utah has - and the fact we hold the tie-breaker with them - if they lose one game (likely to the Clippers or Mav) and we win out - we'd still slip into the playoffs as the 8th seed.

    This team is flawed - not on the defensive end but really on offense as Brewer and Terry really exposed. So likely we would get swept by GS, but strange things can happen, and this team is playing tough competition very well of late.

    I am going to say that not only will this team make the playoffs by winning it's next four, I bet it will surprise GS in game 1 and make it close, and perhaps even steal it.

    I agree, the real problem is they didn't take advantage of the soft schedule at the start of the year. If they began the year playing at the level they are now, this team would be 10 games or so over .500, comfortably sitting in the 5 seed.

    Should we really be losing to the Pacers, Jazz, Bulls and Mavericks. None of these are 'real' playoff quality teams.

    Pacers, Jazz, Bulls, and Mavs are all fighting for a playoff spot - they are going to be a tough out and they have been battling even good teams down to the wire.

    Given our next 4 are against teams with nothing to play for we have a very good chance of still making the playoffs.
