how about Campazzo? Prigs teammate...he's younger, seems can shoot but no idea about his defense

Honestly almost no one plays defense in the modern NBA. Rule changes the league has made have devalued true one on one defenders.

At this point he may be better than Prigs. Don't care though this team just needs another playmaker besides James.

He could fit in D'Antoni's system

Only thing is it seems like he needs the ball and we all know James can't have that.

Did not play well today, though was still probably third best player on his team. But you can see there's clearly the talent to contribute in the NBA. Even potential near all-star level talent (not really possible given how many great guards there are in the nba, but close), but he'd have to find the right role, in the right system, with the right coaching, and come in with the right mentality. And he's 29, and has deficiencies as well. And the Rockets can't sign him anyway.

Meaning, all in all, I'll mostly forget him for the next 4 years.

Several teams in talks to sign this guy, who is an FA. Nets were close, but left the table after getting Russell.

He's asking for 25-30m over 3 years. Let's say he can be had for $8m per season for 3 years. That's great value for a top notch bench guy. IMO, we could dump Lou for nothing and get Teodosic, would be a superior fit. Gordon/Lou/Bev are not really floor generals.

As always of course, everything hinges on whether we have a chance at getting a big star.

    Highlights are highlights:

My favourite Basketball player of all time, but he's completely hit or miss from game to game. We already have extremely streaky guys and it hurt us in the playoffs, not sure we should add another one.

That said, he's a hell of a playmaker and knows how to dictate the tempo, so he'd be a great 6th man or playmaker when Harden takes a backseat.

I'd like Llull more than Teodosic, mostly cause of his motor, defense and more nba ready body, but Milos is also good, better passer...just knows how to play basketball.

I remember rumors saying Utah (cause of Snyder), Spurs (cause of Messina i guess) and Denver being his preferred destinations.

This is also true, Llull is more consistent.

They aren't going to make a move on any players in this tier until they know whether they can add Tier 1 guys.

Yes, he certainly seems to be very inconsistent with his shot and a poor defender. I just like that he gives us a 4th TYPE of guard after Harden, Gordon and Beverley. If we're going to be bringing Gordon, Troy Williams and Sam Dekker off the bench, he will lift those guys imo. Would work well with MDA I think.

I like Nando better. Nando defends. Teodosic is Harden level bad defensively. Worse.

Milos would already be in the NBA if he defended like Harden.

Milos is arguably the best passer in the world, but he has a really poor work ethic and is putrid on defense.

Nah, he just didn't bother to join yet, there's been offers for years now.

People have to realize that guys like him and Teodosic are absolute kings in Europe, can play how they prefer and live a great lifestyle.

Vivi's article (above) via Google Translate:

Teodosic is getting closer to Yut

    VN | June 20, 2017 19:30
The club from Salt Lake City allegedly saved the offer, with which at the start of the transitional deadline officially will go before Teodosic, which no one will be able to match from the world's strongest league

As it approaches July 1, when the NBA market officially opens, the calculation is going to be one of the most wanted European players, Miloš Teodosić could continue his career. Denver, Miami, Utah, Brooklyn have shown interest.

However, according to the latest information, when it comes to NBA teams, Yuta is the closest to the best player on the Old Continent.

The club from Salt Lake City allegedly saved the offer, with which at the start of the transitional deadline officially will go before Teodosic, which no one will be able to match from the strongest league in the world, but also from Europe and CSKA.
