It's good to know that Artest wants to negotiate his contract only after the season.

Happy to know T-Mac is working out a lot , I hope he is especially working on his jumpshot.
I hope his pain/discomfort from the surgeorys will go away , I don't want him to drag this all season.

In the dreary cloud filled days of the off season your posts are a ray of sunshine.

Jason we should be so lucky to be inundated with so much information that we are sick of the Q&A's!

    Thanks so much for posting!

Interesting, Stoudemire and Darrell Armstrong might come in to give Brooks some competition.

No news on Dikembe. I wonder what's going on that front.

Wow, Morey's still without power? I thought the Memorial area's power was restored?

In DM's last reply is he referring to all, ie Wafer, Campbell, Stoudamire, and Armstrong, or just the last two?

I'd say all four. If/When Deek and Landry sign, that is two less openings on the roster for the other guys.

this guy sounds unmotivated and if he was worth much I doubt he would have bounced around so much in just three seasons.

But he will get a look since he is a 7 footer...I guess we could always hope he undergoes a desire transfusion.

I don't think any of those guys would have any impact on the team, other than somewhat of insurance in case of injuries.

Well, considering he hasn't been on the court for them in a while, I don't think they're giving him anything. He's going to have to fight and prove that he can contribute to the team.

Yes, but the interesting thing is Morey's line "Those two are going to be fighting for a spot on the team". It seems to suggest one of them is going to make the team.

I disagree. I think if DM thought there was a chance then he would include a "...and Francis is working hard and we hope to see something out of him as he returns from his injury..." or something. I think the fact that he didn't even mention him once says volumes.

Buddy Baker is a nuthead. It's obvious he cant get Landry an offer but he wants to drag it out. WTF!

Fritz, you've been giving us a bunch of Rockets news despite a complete lull in basketball. You've been updating us on the conditions of players and the team. You've made the complete basketball drought entertaining.

We're totally not getting sick of Q&As.
