Mike Conely didnt outplay CP that series.

More like Griffin and Deandre got Dominated by Zbo and Gasol

Mike Conley is the most underrated PG in the league

Grant Hill was Paul's teammate in that series and he even agreed with Mike outplayed Chris Paul. I'll take their word.

He is a great complimentary pg, but lacks that extra gear.

Oh, and praise from Isaiah Thomas is damning. Don't go hanging your coat on that one.

Check you facts. Isiah did great things with the Knicks and the CBA, and his taste in cuisine is top notch. I might have to go have some Red Lobster in his honor.

I am actually just relying what they said. There is no coat to hang. What is the extra gear you are referring to?

Marbury, Frachise, and pushing from McGrady from the shadows?

I'm going to woodchuck that dam.

I'm surprised they agree on anything. Story goes Zeke retired after the 93-94 season because he didn't want to be second fiddle to a rookie Grant Hill.

Great player, but a vast majority would agree that Conley is not a Top 5 point guard.

Mike Conley is about to show the world he's on John Stockton's level.

I am not sure I would agree with that J. I think if you REALLY polled knowledgeable basketball players and coaches and asked them about it, I'm not sure they wouldn't put Conley in the top 5.

Unlike the majority of pgs in the league today, conley can do everything well. Most point guards that are considered elite by today's standards only score well, but they don't do much else.

I wonder how many point guards Grant Hill has in his top 5 point guards.

Well this isn't true at all. Sure, they score well, but they contribute in other areas as well.

I would agree Conley is more well-rounded than most, but you'd be hard pressed to find many that think of Conley that well.

I'd say firmly Top 10, but not in that Top tier. Curry, Paul, and Westbrook are all unquestionably thought of higher, then he slots in with guys like Parker, Lillard, Irving, Wall, Rose and Rondo (if healthy).

Rondo can't shoot, Wall turns the ball over an inordinate amount of times, Rose hasn't been the same since the injury, Lillard and Irving play one side of the court and Parker can't play defense anymore.

Even in your Top Teir, only Chris Paul is a well-rounded pg. The other guys, Westbrook and Curry's claim to fame is all offensive prowess, and while I agree that have a deadly offensive game is great, there is more to the position than that.

Hell, Curyy and Westbrook, for that matter, are light years ahead of John Stockton on offense, but who would actually claim that those two are or will be better than Stockton?

Stockton was better than Conley at quite literally everything.

Mike Conley is probably one of the best fits for our team. He can't create his own shot as well as other elite PGs, but he is an uber role player.

Curry, Westbrook, CP3 are clearly better.

Conley has an argument for 4th I guess.
