Did they say it was to fix the police cats broken leg? For real though, be careful because a lot of these callers use names that sound legit but really aren't. Just do a Google search and you'll see instance after instance. Of course it's real! The guy asked you to name it to HPD. Who in their right mind would cash that in if its not true?
