How about I make this even funnier : Offensive man is in the paint for 3 seconds. Defensive man is in the paint for 3 seconds guarding offensive man. Who gets called for the violation? Sooooo, does the defensive player have to have his arms out in the direction of the player he is guarding to negate a def. 3 sec. call? I am going to love this addition to the rule book. Should make for some laughable officiating. Haven't we suffered enough at the hands of the Foot Locker employees??? Neither. NBA refs can not count to 3. Seriously if NBA refs only call 3 second violations on rookies during a full moon, are they really going to start calling these new violations? ------------------
