It is a cartoon, and sadly not even a funny one. It only accomplishes a sad commentary that our education system failed completely in trying to teach that citizen anything. FAIL 3: your use of DNA. On average, there's greater genetic variation in one main political party than the other. You can figure it out by checking out your fellow screamers at the next town hall, or when you see the last presidential election map of states. Here's a hint about genetic variation from the last republican convention, where party faithful describe their obsession with the democratic nominee... an O-bsession that has only grown.
