Its pretty dated and high miles make me nervous. It's a very bad market right now, I can offer 7k and I'll be sleeping in the dog house.
Just curious are you a serious buyer? I posted a car a few years ago and some CF jerk asked for a carfax. So I went ahead and got one and the guy wasn't even interested in the car. He just wanted to be an A-Hole about it. BTW. Carfax is crap! Only reports on stuff that has happened to the car and has been reported. When I ran my carfax report, it omitted a lot data that a perspective buyer may be interested in knowing. Best thing to do is get a mechanic you trust and pay him to examine the car.
Not trying to be a jerk about it and make him get one. I was just curious if he had one and forgot to mention it. My apologies if it came off that way. On a side note (based on my prior experience), CarFax will show whatever is reported by insurance and inspection, like accidents and changes in mileage. I used it after I bought my first car. I was able to get a refund quickly and hassle-free after I didn't find what I was hoping to look for. I'm sorry some ass made you get one for no reason.
I really love this car and wish I could get it. It would be the perfect successor to my Black 02 TL w/ Navigation. I'm graduating from university this December and my dad thinks it's a nice car, too, but $13.5k is out of range for my family and I to dish in one payment. If he was selling it next year I would've definitely been able to save up. Whoever ends up buying it will enjoy the crap out of it! VTEC! :grin:
