Once again I apologize for my amateurism in all of this hopefully next go around I am a lot better with experience.

I want to preface this that this short interview took place AFTER the Rockets loss to the Blazers so Patrick wasn't in the greatest of moods but I thought I would share this.

Sorry again for the audio quality we were underneath the bleachers inside the Rockets "locker room" and the national anthem was being sung really loud in the background

LoL Chuck with the ball slap move. I wish we could see those practices. :( I wonder you had got the best of each other when its was Landry vs Chuck back in the day.

Thanks for doing all these interviews so that everyone knows the inside scoop during this long, and rumor filled offseason. Keep it up.

If you can score on Chuck.. you can score on anyone ;)

That's what Carl used to say.

I think I remember it was the summer before his freshman year that Chuck went to UK to work out with them. I could be wrong though.. because I know not many people went back to play while Gillespie was there.

I do remember that KSR (or someone) asked Chuck about Patrick and he said that he was impressed with him.

Edit: had to go find it.. http://blog.kentuckysportsradio.com/?p=3299

Edit 2: Forgot to say... great job Yoyo... we'll get you press credentials before it's all over with! ;)

For 6'4'' Center Chuck Hayes, anyone's length is phenomenal.

After a back to back to back, playing a team who had not played a game yet, Pat was still pissed that they lost. That is incredibly good to hear.

I remember when Scola said playing Hayes 1 on 1 is a waste of time because the score would permanently be 0-0.

The_Yoyo, I''m limited to a verbal "pat on the back." I'll add, however, that you are a wonderful example of what makes this site so special.

Does the team still play "fours against the world"? Patpat would help hayes and scola with his 3point shooting.
