I never appreciated how bad Jeremy Lin was until Kobe.

I think Jordan's ****ty personality off the court is well established. He is still revered purely because of his greatness on the court.

Jordan's Latina might be hotter than Vanessa Bryant

Hate that because Kobe had a few great years after his rape case, the media not only forgot about it, but allows him to have this outspoken "sage" role now. The guy ****ing settled out of court and apologized to the victim. I'm not saying he should have had his career taken away, but for ****'s sake, let him play under a dark cloud at least. Guys like Alex Rodriguez, Barry Bonds, hell even Dwight Howard are treated with more contempt in the press than this piece of ****.

Kobe really doesn't have any redeeming qualities other than the fact that he has won sports championships. That's enough for adoring masses to defend his ever move. It's an interesting case, indeed.

Maybe she should have carried around the hotel mattress.

Even though Kobe didn't make that statement, how in the hell are you comparing Scottie to Kobe...

    1. Kobe won TWO rings without Shaq (and Kobe's team's weren't as loaded as when he had Shaq).

    2. Shaq needed Kobe and Wade to get his rings... Kobe has proven he didn't need another super star player to win his rings.

Comparing Scottie to Kobe is absurd. And if he wanted to take a shot at Howard he could have said, "I never appreciated Gasol until I played with Dwight."

I knew something smelled fishy when Kobe gave a small amount of credit to Shaq

Total diss to Pau. Do you remember the numbers he used to get as the #1 option in Memphis? The guy was up there as a top 3 PF at the time, possibly only Duncan was better prior to him getting traded to LAL.

Kobe's LAL teams were deeeeep. Imagine Odom (back then considered an all-star player) coming off your bench. Bynum was christened the next Shaq (obviously by the LA Media). Complementary roleplayers like Ariza, D-Fish, Farmar, etc.

Good thing basketball is a team sport and not an individual oriented game. Who cares what Kobe has to say, even if he said that or didn't. I'm more concerned about what our current players do or say.
