It's the biggest story of the day, if true. Too bad it's being glossed over by the QB nonsense. Such is life in the Texans forum.
That timetable was suggested pretty soon after the news about the injury came down. The initial talk was that he'd be down 8 - 10 games but like a day later it started to come out that he was looking at missing more like 2-4 games. This news is really only a confirmation of news that broke weeks ago.
I hope it's true, even though I wish the news woulda dropped after my FF draft this Saturday. Now I'm gonna have to spend an early pick on him.
Same for my work draft, but I snagged him in the 10th. Plus we have an IR field. Bang bang! Chicken and shrimp
Anyone else think Foster faked his groin injury to get out of taping from Hard Knocks? Everything with the timeline seems too perfect.
Was he placed on IR, though? I don't think he was, otherwise he wouldn't be able to return until the 8th week.
I think he faked his injury so when he "rehabs" he can use his brother and get him paid that McNair money.
He likes the spotlight when he controls the narrative. When the story is him paying off girls he isn't a big fan of it.
Did everyone forget? He played what half a season or more with a torn meniscus? Say what you will, but the guy seems tough when it comes to playing through pain. 50% Arian > 100% Blue
If he's back sooner rather than later, maybe you don't need a back but the Bill just cut Fred Jackson.

The #Bills have released RB Fred Jackson as part of their roster cut to 75, according to an #NFL source.
— Vic Carucci (@viccarucci) August 31, 2015
 ________________________________________________

Bill O'Brien on Texans running attack: "You don't replace Arian (Foster). There's no such thing as being tough when it comes to a severe groin injury. When you've torn your meniscus, there's little further damage you can do. When you have a badly injured groin, you can cause more damage to that muscle and to surrounding muscles. I've tried playing through it in the past and it caused me to have strained ab muscles and caused other ailments because I wasn't running naturally. He needs to wait until it's 100% healed.
