Just moved into an apartment complex right near Pin Oak Middle, the one right behind the HCC. Turns out there is an indoor half court in this complex. Since I'm a resident I have 24/7 access. If people are interested in hooping in this area still, we can always play regardless of weather conditions at my complex. Just an fyi if anyone is interested, I'm playing here almost daily.

During weeknights yea, generally on the weekends there is no one in there in the afternoon. The entrance to the gym is right next to the gate, on the outside. I'll be down there and prop the door open. You can park on the street right there.
