The long arms and good movement will give Kobester fits

I predict we take 3 our of 4 from the Lakers

What the hell else do they have besides Kobe

Can't wait for the season to begin. I can't wait to see T-Mac completely erasing people on both sides of the court.

its both ways there was another all star game (2003 i believe in atl) where tmac came from behind and had a great clean block of a shot by kobe.

by the laker fans always come back and saw how the game in la last year where tmac score like 30 pts in the first half, then kobe plays d on him in the second and he scores 1 point while kobe goes off for 34 or 35 in 2nd half.

bleh i say forget the comparison i rather have tmac played good defense on everyone rather than great defense on only kobe and okay defense on the rest. i believe that right now tmac is more talented and gifted than kobe but the drive that kobe has he lacks right now, but that also can be attributed to the losing atmosphere he has usually been around while kobe 'grew up' in the nba on shaq and the most famous franchise in the league which did a lot to create a winning team. i think if not this year then next year you will see the drive in tmac that kobe has to win because he will know what it is to win, what it means to have a realistic shot at a ring and how much easier the game becomes with real talent and a legit big man surrounding him.

It was also in a All-Star game Kobe probably wasn't expecting someone to actually play defense. But it does look tight. When they face each other during the season they will bith be dropping 20+ on each other. Because neither one of them can guard each other. But Kobe is a better defender easily, But the T-Mac was a better scorer. But I'm not sure if that will be the case with Shaq gone and Rudy T coaching, I wouldn't be surprised if Kobe leads the league in scoring next year.

Awesome. Got to love the long arms of T-Mac. He's gonna be a defensive star if he puts his mind to it.

I think this is a very fair prediction. Leading the league in scoring doesn't always make for a better season outcome.

nice a defensive play as that was...it further proved Kobe's resolve, as he's gotten up for each time they face off and he's noticeably outplayed TMac ever since... to the point where some suggest that Tmac doesn't look forward to their encounters.

I just hope Tmac will step up his D under VG, as he has the ability to lock people down...
